Electrical Issues
Anyone else having weird electric problems?
The other day, I put gas in my car, got back in and stated "check right front parking light"... go to find my right LED portion of my headlight is no longer working. I drive to dinner, its not on, then drive home and its back to working, however still telling me its not. The next morning everything is back to normal.
Come to today, the right rear door handle light is now "not light" when unlocking and locking car at night...
We'll see what tomorrow brings. Car is about 6 months only with 5,500 miles on it.

LED failures seem to be common on this car, though this is the first time I've heard of it on the headlight unit. I do currently have a car door handle with no LED that works. You did know that LED stood for light emitting disaster though correct ? At least on this car

Something similar happened to my CLA once, the driver side headlight was off and the dash warning was on when I started my car, the problem went away after restart and I've never encountered it since.
My mother's car gave her the "Distronic Plus not working" warning a couple of times, but they all went away after a restart. These new cars all seem to have some electrical gremlins.
