Do you guys get the pops/crackles during shifting with a Magnaflow muffler?

Planning on replacing my C300's stock mufflers with Magnaflows (rear 2), but before I jump the gun, I was wondering if you guys got the pops and crackles during shifting gears? I don't drive in Comfort mode, only in Individual with Manual shifting turned on.

For reference, this is what it sounds like with a simple muffler delete (no Magnaflows installed, just a straight pipe):

I'd do a straight muffler delete to achieve those pops/crackles, but it looks like there's lots of drone when cruising, which I don't want. Can someone with Magnaflows chime in with their experience?

The magnaflows will deepen the note and reduce its volume.. (which is good as straight throughs sound pretty poor)..
You will still get the fart between shifts...
They will still drone to a degree particularly around 2k rpm, but of course less so.
To reduce further strip out the boot and apply dyna mat extreme, this makes a noticeable difference as the factory plastic tub does a very poor job of keeping noise down.. easy to do and low cost..

I run twin magnaflows on mine with an ECU and DV+ and with extensive application of NVH materials (boot, rear qtr's, rear hatch, under rear bench seat, all doors, B pillars, centre console, in the dash.. ).
Mine is still on 19's with conti run flats so worst case scenario for road noise and NVH transfer etc.

I have a great balance of refinement for the 2hrs daily commute and some gruff note when you press on.. sound system is improved too..

Just doing the boot though will help a lot..
