I got back from a business trip to Germany a couple years ago and got pulled over on my way home from Dulles. The LEO came up to the window and said 'is there a reason you're going so fast?' I said 'sorry, just got back from a long trip to Germany and I'm used to much faster driving' He just goes 'sir, please slow down - btw, I know how you feel, I lived there for years, and when I first got back, I couldn't help it either' turned, and walked away.
Their ability to cut you off without signaling is second to none.
Especially when they have absolutely no reason to change lanes to the left, but they do it anyway because for whatever reason the left lane is more appealing to them.

How about when they cut you off then begin to go SLOWER than you. Can't count the number of times I've had to blow past someone on the right because they get into the left lane and start going 10 mph slower than I am.
Land of the free here means freedom to be a f00kin moron. I've been to countries that don't even have traffic lights that had better drivers.
