Can I adjust the height of the door lock push button?
I found the driver door push button is not fully immersed when locked. It looks like unlocked from outside although the door is actually locked. I am worried it will attract unwanted attempts to open the door when unattended.
Is there an easy way to adjust this push button lower?

^ What he said, although I'm not sure how much extra room there is in those plastic threads to go down. Also just be mindful that the OEM plastic pins are on pretty tight. Wrap some tape or cloth onto pliers when you undo them.
Alternatively buy some alloy pins (JB Speed guy on this forum sells a decent set at a reasonable price). They look heaps better and you can screw them down to be totally flush when closed.

I think the idea is to leave enough button projecting to be able to pull the button up manually. I'm not sure why this would be necessary. Pulling the door handle unlocks all the doors. However, the unlock is electrical, so it might fail. Then a manual unlock would be necessary.
