No, it's available on late 2017 builds moving forward, and apparently not available with COMAND.

Having looked at the dealer docs for the USA 2018 Coupe I think it's more likely that Carplay and Android Auto are included with the Comand option. Whereas you can add them separately if you want to stick with the Garmin sat nav.

Unless I missed something, C-Class is not listed anywhere in the list of compatible models. Only certain, A, B, CLA, CLS, E, GLA, and GLE models.
