Any one else get this recall letter?

Anyone else get this very honest letter from Benz about the recall?

Mr. Dnice-1,

It has come to our attention that there was an oversight during the car build process. MBUSA forgot to put in a small part and now the engine may blow up if started. Thus causing irreversible damage to the engine and probably other parts of the car too. The explosion may be minor enough to leave you stranded on the side of the road. Or severe enough to leave you dead and all over the road.

Dealer will add the forgotten part at no cost to you, and provide a 2017 AMG GT as loaner. (Please note: Loaner is not to be started or taken off dealers lot. We do encourage you to sit in it and admire its beauty)
Mercedes Benz completely & solely blames Dieter W. Heimlich Jr III. The day of the mishap, was the same day he spent complaining of abdominal cramps. His stomach pain, most likely due to attending the 124th Annual Sausage Salami and Salmon Festival, the day prior. With over 500 varieties of Sausages Salami & Salmon, Dieter "the go getter" was determined to try all 500. He seemed fine until stopping at the "Let's Be Frank" Food Truck and forked over $12 to try their award winning Slum Dog Millionaire. A sausage stuffed with salmon salami and ground up Jimmy Dean sausage links then deep fried.

So as Dieter was the one in charge of ensuring the engine wouldn't go boom. His only job, might we add. Opted instead to spend much of the day testing "Toilet-Tronic+" with active flush control. Leaving us to deal with this bs while nothing happens to that SOB since his daddy happens to be the VP of blahdy blah in the Corp Offices.
So since Dumb-A$$ Dieter decided to leave out the $2.00 O ring while he was busy blowing out his own O ring. Dieter single handily cost Mercedes Benz a minimum of $10.2 Mil. "Great Job Dieter! Way to go!"

At your earliest convenience please bring in your 2016 Mercedes Benz vehicle for our team of highly trained technicians to fix the concern that has been found.

Sincerely
MBUSA "The Best Or Nothing"

Mine was worded a bit differently...

Something about installing a fuseable link to prevent a possible over-heat condition...which could lead to a fire when attempting to start a damaged engine (e.g. hydro-locked engine).

I hate it when my C300 catches fire as I try to start it after hydro locking the engine....happens all the time. I think if you hydro locked the engine a fire might just be the icing on the cake.
