Is it possible to program for more than 3 colors?

Unfortunately, no.

Not 100% certain, but so far we think gloss trims are ok.
When we installed on natural grain ash wood, the door trims' shape were different.

so for natural grain black ash wood trims this doesn't work? But the picture of the rear door you post above is with natural grain black ash wood...

We initially thought it will work on all sedans, but when we tried to install it on sedan with natural grain black ash wood, we realized the shape was different (even though Mercedes part numbers are identical). Because the customer still wanted LEDs installed, we had to make a lot of modifications to make it fit. We plan to make correct parts for sedans with natural grain wood trims in the future.

Sounds a bit strange. I installed Ambient Lighting on my C250. Front door trims I used dismantled from walnut inserts, and they fit perfectly. Rear ones I had to buy. A205 730 76 22, A205 730 75 22.

Does this mean yall loan out your adapter for a cost?
Do you know if this install will cause any part of my factory 4 yr/50K miles and my cpo warranty to become invalid with this install and hardware?

We'll rent out programming adapter at full price. Once customer returns back to us, then we'll refund the amount minus rental cost.
Although we can't guarantee it, you shouldn't have any issues with warranty since our product installs at factory locations without cutting any of factory wires and requires programming, just like factory option.
