separate amp switched feed
HI. Where have people taken an remote switched feed to switch on an external amp? I used to use the power antenna switched output from the ISO connector on the Head Unit but this didnt seem to work on Audio 20

Can't you take a switched power feed from the fuse box in the cabin? The fuse box has a layout showing the respective functions.

I think he's looking for somewhere to connect a remote sensing lead to trigger the amp to wake up when the audio system is on.
If all else fails connect the sensing lead directly back to the + side of the amp itself. Then put the amp itself on a switched power source to avoid battery drain.
