2017 C300 sedan lease question

Im about to pull the trigger on a 3/36 lease on a 2017 C300 sedan. MSRP $45505 Selling Price $39600. Residual $27300 MF .00151 Tax 9.25%. The dealer wants $550 tax included $0 drive off. What do you think of this deal? Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.

Download the lease spreadsheet from here:

Once you have enough info to fill in the blanks you'll know if the payment they're quoting you actually reflects the deal they claim they're giving you. It's very easy for a dealer to sneak a few extra grand of profit into a lease since most buyers have no clue as to how to calculate their own lease payments.

Don't lease a car until you can!

Your selling price seems pretty good to me, provided the vehicle has zero miles. Otherwise it would align with most MB demo deals I've seen on the 2017 C300's. I actually found leasing a new one with the options of my liking was a better deal. MF on your deal might be inflated. I don't know if there is a national standard.

Just in case this info helps you out.

2017 c300 demo w/ 2.5k miles,
MSRP $48,905,
Sale price: $45,405
MF: 0.00133
$5k down
$523.35 after 6% sales tax

2017 c300 (not demo)
MSRP: $51,230
Sale price: $48,668.50
MF: 0.00128
$5k down
$529.50 after 6% sales tax

Residuals where 58% on both deals.

Both dealerships are willing to pay my last month BMW payment ($420) and BMW disposition fee ($350 I think)

Good luck!

A gaggle of MB's
Ask them for "free" 3yr/30k mile Prepaid Service and "free" Mercedes Tire & Wheel - settle for 3yr/30k service and purchase Wheel&Tire residualized into the lease at 58% of MSRP for that coverage.

Thanks guys, closed the deal yesterday Msrp $45,505, 3yr/30k, $0 driveoff, $510 monthly. Car had 6 miles on it. I couldn't get them to throw in tire/wheel protection or prepaid service (tried hard too) they said they were all in on my deal. Either way my daughter is overjoyed with her new car. thank you guys for your advises
