That kind of "repair" is unacceptable, I can feel the pain just from seeing the photos.

on the plus side the scrape is gone...

If the problem is only overspray, try detailing clay. Good chance that the clay would remove the overspray.

Make sure you do not wax new paint for 60-90 days.

Sadly overspray isn't the only issue... it's a catalogue of poor workmanship.

The fact that there's overspray indicates that they didn't bother to pull the cover off to repair and refinish it. They actually made the problem worse.

I don't know about you guys, but my entire car is orange peel'd. I'd expect a bit as this isn't an S-Class, but still, it's a Mercedes. I've seen less peel on Honda's...

And OP, can't tell much from your -extra super mega close up pics-... Especially for showing the color mis-match. Get some further away pics in better lighting. And no reflections
