Would this wheel setup work?

Car 2017 c300 sedan. Wheels are 19x8.5 +45mm all around with 245-35-19. Would this square setup work? Thanks

Yeah, should be fine. I'm at 45mm x 18", 8.5/9.5 and no clearance issues.
