USB and SD Card no Power

USB and SD Card no Power
Hi all, I'm not sure what fuse to check as there is a crap ton of fuses and fuse boxes all over the show.
The issue: I bought a second hand 2014 C220 W205 yesterday and on my drive home popped in my USB drive port 1 nothing so over to port 2 nothing, no media inserted, then I try the SD card slot same sort, checked all the fuses at the passenger side foot well all fine, tested the power on the USB ports, and they have zero power. So one of two things, blown USB fuse and not sure where to find it(fuse list has no fuse listed as USB or secondly the unit in the console is faulty.
Any suggestions?
