TPMS Sensors Direct or Indirect

I have a 2015 C400 (Canada) with the 19" AMG rims. I'm looking for new winter rims/tires and trying to determine if I need TPMS sensors in the rim (direct) or if it uses ABS (indirect).

I have read through the manual but it's not clear or specific to my car. I don't have the tire pressure in the menu on my dash, does that mean it's indirect and I don't need TPMS sensors?

2017 C300 Coupe (C205)
These are the ones I got for our 2017 C300 Coupe when I bought an extra set of OEM 19" wheels and it's the exact same part that your C400 uses (part# 0009050030).

I had my doubts because the entire set is cheaper than buying 1 from the dealer, but they look 100% legit as compared to the pictures post by other reputable vendors. The also worked flawlessly and are all accurate to +/- 1psi from my Joe's Racing tire pressure gauge.

I did the "Make Offer" option for $60, and they countered at $66.50 which I took. $66.50 is for all 4 sensors.

Here's the link for the OEM part (listed at $58.46 per sensor, or $234 a set):

Thanks Hapa88 but doesn't really answer my question.

Are you in Canada? Does anyone know if the sensors are required or does the C400 use indirect TPMS (this appears to be the case)?

I talked to my local Mercedes dealer this morning, gave them my VIN and they confirmed my car is indirect (no sensors required in the wheels). Thanks anyway for the replies.
