so what should I have checked or replaced if possible under warranty? I'm having some fading on the roof trim and speakers crackle and what not.

I've had both replaced by warranty. The front panel on my roof before the pano roof begins started to fade, and was replaced. my car is currently at the dealer now having the crackling and distorted speaker issue checked but they told me it will most likely be replaced.
