Heated Seat problem

Mercedes C350e UK. 66 reg. The heated seats come on automatically at a temperature less than+10C.
Can I stop this or at least only allow it at a much lower temperature.
It is uncomfortable and by the time you notice it is on it takes about 20 minutes to cool down again after turning it off manually

It looks like you activated pre-condtioning when you unlock the car.
You can find it in the climate control menu and it's called "Pre-entry climate control via key".

In summer i use it a lot since the cooling is pretty fast.
In winter i disable it.
If you want it pre-heated in winter, try to use the timer on the car or through the app because the heating requires more time and it has no use to do that on activating the key.

You can change if it should only heat your seat or all of them. That is also set in the same menu.
Unfortunately i don't know of any way to disable the heating of the seat when you use the pre-conditioning with temperatures below 10 degrees Celsius.

Ok - forgive me, but where is this setting?
I would love it and cannot find it anywhere.

You can find it in the climate control menu.
But be aware that the pre-condtioning is only available on the C350e.
The heating of the seats might be on the others too.

Thank you.
This is where I wish we had Audis so we could enable these features.
