2015 C400 option 640 (LED headlamps) but not 608 (AHA)

Hi guys I have a question.. I'm looking at buying a 2015 C400 I got a list of all the option the vehicle come equipped with and I noticed it has option 640 but not 608. Is it safe to say that because it doesn't have 608 that it won't do the auto high beams or the light shaping for oncoming traffic? I live in Canada BTW. I read some countries don't allow AHA.. my 2012 C350 has AHA so I assume it's fine in Canada. Thanks for the help
