Problem with front headrest
There is a rattle noise coming from front passenger headrest, it started couple of days back, I don't recall anything hitting it or being mishandled. It is very annoying to have that noise while going through a rough patch. I have taken out the headrest and if I shake it it seems there are loose plastic pieces inside making that sound. I don't know how to open it if it is possible. I would appreciate the help in solving this problem. Thank you in advance.

I went through this ! something broke inside , it shakes and shakes . Dealer ordered a replacement headrest and that was the fix .
The dealer told me if I try to open it, they will not replace it under warranty because then it will have "damage" take it to your dealer.
