Same here. I am waiting for my lease to be up. Maybe do the pull forward program in in June or earlier.
Just waiting to see everyone deals so I know how to negotiate and what to expect.

I do not like the sound system in the Mercedes. I have had my car at the dealership more than 1/2 a dozen times for speaker rattle and whining and hissing coming through the speakers with certain music and all phone calls. They cannot seem to fix it. I also hate that when my phone is hooked up, and I am playing music, I have to go all the way back out to the Artist list and start at the beginning alphabetically again. If you are listening to Rush and want to switch to Rhianna (I know totally different but I could not think of another R on short notice ), you can't just back out to R...its just really annoying. Especially when you are trying to keep your eyes on the road.
The car eats through tires...the same tires I had on my BMW actually. They lasted 31,000 on the bimmer and 8000 miles on the Benz.
While I LOVE the steering wheel in the Benz, the center stack bothers me. I do not like the touch pad and wheel combo, I do not like that there is almost nowhere to mount my cell phone and the COMAND screen, while not WAY different is still less "seamless" than the iDrive.
So I cannot point to one single thing and there are things I love about the car, but I just don't love the car as a whole. I can't believe I am saying this, because initially I thought the Benz interior was WAY better than the BMWs, but functionally, the BMW interior is better suited for me. Visually? The Benz is just a prettier car.
Sorry I couldn't point you to one thing that I "hate".

Nadz this is a tough one to answer because its subjective and a little intangible. I think the Mercedes is gorgeous, has great power and handling for the money. Having owned both brands within the last year and a half (last car was a 2014 BMW), I would say even the build quality is about the same with a slight edge in rattles going to Mercedes. (my bimmer had lots of rattles but that could have been the exception and not the rule).

My tires also are getting worned very quick. I'm on my second set and about to be on my third very soon and I don't drive hard. You mad early very validate points on many things.

Get the E400. Drive is between the C and S Class and feels almost as nimble as the C. Fairly powerful 333hp V6 engine and a beautiful seamless dashboard. My brother got one a few months ago and I own a C-Class - it's definitely a great upgrade from your current C300.
About the tires, mine lasted 25000 miles.

I am on my second set of continental runflats and it's been great. Make sure your tires are not always low on air because that increases the wear on them.

Nadz - Separate question for you: How did you like going from an E-Class to a C-Class? The reason why I ask is I have been looking for an E coupe with Distronic Plus, and they are out there but it is a needle-in-a-haystack experience. I started looking at a Cadillac ATS as an alternative but noticed it had dimensions more similar to a C-Class than the E. I'm a big guy though don't want to spend the cash on an S-Class, but I also wonder if I am being to narrow-focused by ignoring all C-Class vehicles.

sorry for the late response. Th e class was a bit more Luxury then the C class. The c is much smaller and sportier. But make sure you get the bells and. Whistles. I didn’t get a sunroof etc and missed it. If you are at tall, please test drive one first. I wanted something smaller, abut the e class was really nice

I've had numerous MB's and AMG's, but bought the 15 c300 as a daily beater for the better gas mileage. Now that I'm close to everything, I'll be going back to a C63 AMG, hopefully the S if I can find one nicely equipped. I had a new body style s550 for a while, but it just felt too big and boaty for me.
