Retrofit Blind Spot Assist?
I have a 2015 C300 without Blind Sport Assist. While it was in for Service A last week, the 2017 C300 loaner I drove had only a few options, one being Blind Spot Assist. I liked it and wondered if a retrofit could be done on my car.
Previously I had read that Blind Spot Assist needed sensors in the rear bumper. I checked and there were no sensors in the bumpers. It did not have Parking Assist either. Pretty much all it had was Pano Roof and Premium package. So how does the Blind Spot Assist work and what would it take to add it to my car?
Would greatly appreciate any information on this subject. Thanks.

Blind Spot - sensors are actually in the rear quarter panels.
To be sincere - Blind Spot cannot be retrofitted post-factory.
If there is someone here who has done it - I am certain they will share - but I personally don't know anyone who has handled that job.
Keep the beat !
