I have driven the C class since 2011 and am on my 3rd vehicle (2015 c300) and had something unique happen this evening with no warning. I wasn't getting any audio at all on the ride home. Like many things, I figured maybe turning the system off and back on would help. It didn't. Then I got home and turned the car on and for 1-2 seconds got audio, but then it immediately mutes itself. Did this 2 more times with the same result. I'll call my tech in the morning, but if anyone else has had this issue perhaps you can reply.

I've had something similar happen to me on my COMAND system as well. System glitched out and I lost audio while I was listening to the radio. I had fixed it by holding the eject button while the COMAND system is on, it will do a hard restart of the system and I immediately got my audio back.
