2017 C300 Sport Sedan does not always go into Sport and Sport+ mode

2017 C300 Sport Sedan
2017 C300 Sport Sedan does not always go into Sport and Sport+ mode
I do not like using the car in Comfort mode. Recently the car does not always go into Sport or Sport+ mode. I also have the engine setting to Sport in the Individual mode. It shows the change taking place on the dash but it definitely is not going into the mode based on when the engine is shifting into a higher gear. Has anyone experienced this problem?

never had this. Likely a software issue and a dealer call.

2015 C300
I have the same problem. It started yesterday. 2015 C300 sedan. It goes into Sport+ mode but no downshifting of gear or any other changes. Strange. It's going for routine maintenance in a few days I'll ask them.
