Can Wheels from 2009 C300 fit my 2012 C250?

Can Wheels from 2009 C300 fit my 2012 C250?
Can I put Nokian snow tires 225/45/17 x 4 already on 17 inch MB Wheels on my 2012 C250?
The MB Wheels come from my 2009 C300
* 7.5JX17H2 ET47, A204 401 0502 front
* 8.5JX17H2 ET58, A204 401 0302 rear
The tires are already on the wheels, they worked great for my 2009 C300 but I sold the car. Now I'm wondering if the snow tires on wheels can be used for my 2012 C250.
The current wheels on the 2012 C250 are:
18 inch wheels
* 8"/Front, 50/Front A2044014102
* 8.5"/Rear 54/Rear A2044014202
Tires:
* 225 40 18 on front
* 255 35 18 on back.
Before I sell them on CL I was hoping someone could confirm I can't use them... Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer help
