HD Radio Turns Itself Off
Every third or fourth time I get in the car, and my HD presets take me to the station's main HD1 signal, which tells me HD Radio got switched off. I go in options and turn HD radio back on and it works again. Anyone else experience this or have a suggestion?

I have had my audio 20 updated twice to fix this bug. The first update did nothing but the second helped, it has only happened once in about 8 months. If I remember correctly, the SA told me that both the radio and the audio 20 needed updates for the issue to be resolved.

Yes - if you "lose" the HD radio setting (check box) - the latest Audio 20 programming/update takes care of that issue.
It happened on my C300 - so you know "update" is kind of a misnomer - the "original" programming in your MB gets deleted and "replaced" by downloading/installing the most current programming from Netstar.
Process takes about 2+ hrs - tech erases original and starts download/install - and comes back to your car about 1 1/2hrs later to see if download/install has completed.
My C300 had this issue - and 7 weeks ago with the most recent Star programming installed solved this issue for me 100%.

I have the same system. Mine completely whacked out about 2 weeks ago. It froze on the warning screen, then won’t let me access any radio, Satellite radio or media. The rear camera is intermittent, and the climate control changes settings like sync and a/c off. And oddly, the touch pad has started to work, but of course due to all the other issues, the screens are limited and slow.
Car goes in on Thursday. We’ll see what happens. Hopefully just a program update.
