Duel exhaust pipe has uneven flow
ive noticed that in the morning, the exhaust is uneven. There is always more on one side than the other. Is that an issue or variation of normal? I can feel air coming out of both, but one side clearly has more exhaust

Due to the angle of the split at the y pipe right before the mufflers, one of the muffler gets better flow, which is why one is dirtier than the other.

If the split in the exhaust looked more like a capital “Y” rather than the lower case “y” it would be much more even flow

luckily the c63 and c43 with pe dont have this issue with true dual exhaust not just a splitter in the rear!!

its nothing to be worried about though OP

2015 SL400, BMW Z3, Datsun 280Z, a couple of jeep Grand Cherokee's - And a Commander Airplane
Dual exhaust would be associated with a "V" type engine - where each bank has its own exhaust.
We have one exhaust which splits to two tailpipes - primarily for looks since it is more ballanced and
makes the car look more potent than it actually is.
