Steering Rub Noise

When I turn left or right I hear the noise coming from the front of the car. Probably the tires. Is this normal? It is LOUDER and more noticeable when the pavement is wet. Sounds like a rubbing noise?

All loaners I have used before don’t do this. I have a C450 by the way.
