C300 Wrist Pin video-if your wondering about yours
Posted here to help others diagnose. I did not find as long or definitive video so I thought I would share with anyone here and on youtube, The car was revved to about 2000-2200 rpm then let idle down

2015 C300 W205
,I recently bought my 2015 W205 used with about 15k miles. I always thought this noise, although loud, was normal but now that I’ve done a bit more research it sounds like this is especially noticeable during a cold start.
Would love to get opinions on if this is the exact noise related to the wrist pin issue on the early build versions of the 2015 W205 (which mine definitely is before April/2015).
I currently have an appointment set up later this month at the dealership to have this checked out.

I have about 49750 miles on my car and it sounds exactly the same. So I guess when the tech gets inside we will see if the cylinders are damaged and I get a new engine or not. I doubt it. the car seems to run fine and exhibits no signs of oil usage so maybe after the repair it'll be okay. I really like the car but I kinda think I can see it going to a new home for something else in a year or less- I dunno yet. I think I'm done with MB if bail on this one. All car companies have issues for sure but MB shouts about their greatness and these basic engine issues have come up before so Im pretty much worn out with their BS. Balnace shaft on my 07 ML350, same on my 2006 E350. Sickening really... I have some wind noise also in this w205. I dont even care about that when I hear the engine rattling like mine and yours are right now. I have some blown door handle LEDS. I think they rushed this W205 and it shows.
