Had: 2013 C250, Now Have: 2017 C300. Im curious
Has anyone noticed, or maybe its just me, but, going from my 2013 C250 to a 2017 C300 the engine sounds a bit louder. It sounds like the old school Mercedes that had the diesel engine but I only hear it when Im slowing down, then as Im idling, its really quiet. Is this standard on these bad boys because of all the electronic sh*t on them now or is this something I should be worried about? Im taking it to the dealer in a couple of days to be safe but I tend to get 2nd and 3rd opinions just to be safe.

HAHAHA!! Well alright then. Sounds like I'll just deal. Although I hadnt noticed until someone pointed it out. I love these cars though. I dont think I'll drive another model vehicle again. Until I get a truck. I appreciate the feedback, honestly. Being a newb, I can understand the multitude of questions that can be asked. Again, much appreciated.

yea at first i thought something was wrong with mine. at idle in any mode like comfort eco or sport, it sounds like its a rough idle. Putting to sport + eliminates the sound. May be timing and cam sound. which is kinda sick.
