Eco Start/Stop Noise

I have a 2016 C300. I've noticed that there is a clicking noise, almost like the sound of lottery ***** jumbling around, right before Eco turn the car off. In other words, when coming to a complete stop, I hear the noise around 5MPH and then the car shuts off. It starts up as it should when releasing the brake. The car runs fine and there are no braking issues. I recently had A service with no issues. Oddly, when I disable Eco (which I often do), the noise isn't there so I assume is has something to do with the start/stop feature. Just curious if anyone else had this issue. It's a minor annoyance but is hardly noticeable so I likely won't do anything about it unless it's a big issue. Thanks!

Its the fan relay that is making that noise. I assume you are hearing from left front side of the car.

Yes. At least that's what it sounds like. Just making sure I wasn't crazy!
