What should dealer service provide?

I took my car in to get the LED's in the door handles replaced because they blew out (again). On the return home I realized my window won't open anymore but I can hear some gears grinding. While I'm driving back to the dealer to get it fixed, the windows falls into the door panel without doing anything to it. Obviously I'm furious because that's terrifying and they're obviously not putting quality work into fixing these cars by not doing a simple quality check. I took it in to the dealer and they're investigating, is there anything I should be expecting from the service for dealing with this? Besides a "sorry we freaked you out and didn't do our work properly!"

That's how they handle things now.. They try to do just enough to get their good survey scores and then the kid in the back screws up working on your car time and time again.. Best thing you can do is try another dealership if there is a different option in your area.

UPDATE: They called me back and were very apologetic and without me even asking for anything, they were like we can offer you a complete details (inside/out) or a free service or something else. They seemed like they were looking for suggestions so at least it was nice they were offering me things before I could even ask.
