Terrible rattle on roads that are not 98% smooth. Sounds like it is coming from the overhead console/visor area. Dealer claims they fixed it. Was better for two days, now back.

What instructions do you recommend I give them?

Get the technician in the car with you and take your car on the road where you hear the rattle and then say fix that. After they claim to fix it, get back in the car with them and confirm its not there anymore.
