My C400, once warmed up, seems to settle at a temp that is higher than the mid-point on the temp gauge, see pic below. Is this normal? Most cars I’ve owned run a little below the mid-point for temperature. Car seems to running fine me though.
Mercedes temperature gauges are "linear" - and yours shows "normal" - the Japanese brands have "hacked" temp gauges that show normal as half-way point.... one difference between the Germans and the Japanese... keep the beat !

Although I do prefer the normal gauges over these electronic ones.
