Angry Can anyone connect using Bluetooth or WiFi on Virgin phone?

I've a 2016 C-Class 250d with COMAND.
I cant connect o the internet with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi using an android phone and its driving me crazy.
The dealer is useless and so are the Mercedes online site who appear to have no Mercedes COMAND information at all.
Its a £3000 extra and it dont work.
Help me out guys

FIXED.
VIRGIN Mobile don allow tethering. End of story.
Shame the 10 "Experts" I spoke to on the tech helpline dint know that or the clown who sold me the package in the first place.

Luckily i'm in my 14 day cancellation period, sit wont cost me anything and I can call all my mates around the world for free till then.
Meanwhile, I'm off to GifGaff who allow you to use your data and are cheaper.

Fancy that.
Get a grip Virgin FFS.
Want to know if your network allows tether?
