How long has it been since you got the springs installed? I remember when I put the Eibachs on my coupe last year, the rear took longer to settle down than the front. About 1 week to be exact. Even then, our cars are setup so that the front is lower to the ground than the rear.
This is my coupe now, after 1 full year on Eibachs:
The fender clearance (top of the tire to bottom of inner fender gap) is the same from front to rear after lowering. I think what's giving you the impression of unevenness is the fact that our cars are naturally angled forwards from the factory. The body of the car sits higher in the rear than the front.
Again, give your springs some time to settle down. The rear takes a bit longer than the front, presumably because there's less weight in the rear compared to the front where the engine sits directly over the wheels. The technician who installed my springs gave me the same advice, that the rear would settle within a week.
Are your wheels running against the fenders while over bumps it while turning? If not, you shouldn't worry. Keep in mind that you also have the Sport Package on your car, which means your car is lower to begin with. Eibach springs will bring that down even lower, compared to my car.
Did you maybe order the wrong springs ? there are two different versions available from Eibach.
