Looks decent. Hopefully it’s made after the wrist pin issue.

Not positive but I think C300’s built before 4/20/14 have the issue.

Car delivery date says 07/02/2015 (so I might be good) or must I check the engine build date? Is it stamped on the car somewhere?

It’s the Engine Build Date you need to check. I forget how, something with the VIN.

It is a great deal which leads me to think it prob needs wrist pin repair. Or maybe repair was done poorly.

The bulletin says "Engine 274.920 (LS) Modified wrist pins are installed as of engines: 274 920 E0 043259 (as of about April 20, 2015) and 274 920 30 406602 (as of about March 27, 2015)"

The engine info from the vin dump says 274920 E0 054561. Since the engine number is higher than 043259 i am hopeful it never had that issue. I am verifying with another dealer. The cars delivery date was : 07/02/2015

@greekups

side question. where are the manuals stored in the car? Glove box? I need to ensure i get a full set. Do they come in a sweet leather holder like the w204?

I hope the engine is all good because that’s a sweet deal. With that said, I just got my wrist pins replaced and the car runs at the least the same as before. My biggest worry during the process was that the tech would run into a problem during the repair. Now I worry about a few years down the line about all the other issues these ‘15s have. I Plan on trading in in a couple years. Let us know how it goes.

Yes, manuals are in leather pouch in glove box.

Thanks. I am also wary about all of the reported problems.

The only thing that keeps my interested is the CPO warranty. I will also purchase another two years.

i might also go view a 2017 audi quattro 2.0 premium. $34k.
I saw one in white and damn that looked so good.
