COMAND Bluetooth Audio issue
I am driving a 2015 Canadian C300 4Matic with COMAND Online.
Today, my Bluetooth music playback from my phone, a LG V20, was working fine in the afternoon. After dinner, when I start the car to go home, the Bluetooth Telephony connected, but not Bluetooth Audio.
I had previously encountered this issue and fixed it by pairing another phone, but this time I tried deleting all saved phones and it had not worked. I then tried re-pairing my phone multiple times, and every time it gave me a "Connection was Denied" error. Every time, my phone says Connected (no audio). I also tried several other phones to no avail.
If you see in the second photo, the top right of the screen shows that my phone is connected (Bell network) but it is still searching for a Bluetooth Audio Device.
I think after trying four phones, this ought to be the problem on the car end. Can I reset this, or should I contact my SA? I have other things to contact my SA about anyways, might as well add it to the list.
This happened to me and all I did was remove all the information about my phone from Command, then restarted my phone and added everything back and it worked find.
