Seats warranty
My seats are wearing off, driver seat has severe wear and torn leatherette , is it cover under the warranty ? i still have 8 months left on factory warranty for car.

Hard to accurately assess without pictures, but in general, if the wear is due to a defect in the seats, yes it would be covered, but if due to normal wear and tear, no - and good luck differentiating one from the other - but most likely no, not covered. Can't hurt to ask though, take to your local dealer and have them assess.

Hi, my seat tore across the seem and they replaced it for free under warranty. I guess the stitching came loose so they can’t really blame me but yeah they installed a new seat cover no questions asked and completely free of charge. Take your car in and ask them. Even if it is due to normal wear and tear. The seats are in pieces so they can just replace the parts with more wear. The biggest seat component is like 400usd. So even if they don’t cover it, might as well jus take the L and pay It’s not ridiculously expensive.
