2019 C300 (USA) AMG Line - Steering Wheel Questions
Since the 2019 C Class has not yet officially launched in USA, we don't have all infos yet. But, putting these questions out in case anyone has already found or knows the answers.
1) Does AMG Line package give the brushed metal-look buttons on the steering wheel (buttons similar tto what we see for C43 and C63)? From YouTube videos it looks like that's the case for Germany, but not sure about in USA.
2) If #1 is yes, then....if you also order heated steering wheel, which replaces the flat-bottom steering wheel with a round one, do you also lose the brushed metal buttons and instead get the piano black buttons?
Basically, I very much like the look and feel of the brushed metal buttons, and if they come with the AMG Line steering wheel on a C300 then I definitely would not want to lose them to get a heated steering wheel; heated steering wheel is the only option with which I am on the fence. DOG does not get into the specifics beyond flat-bottom versus rround steering wheel, and my dealer does not readily have the answer (but are reaching out to their area rep).
If I hear back from my dealer before anyone answers, I'll share what I learn in case anyone else is interested.
The steering wheel for 2019 C43 is a slightly different design to L5C, having a red circle at 12 o'clock and a modified spokes at 6 o'clock. Both are flat bottom steering wheels having the same brushed metal buttons and silver paddle shifters.

congrats on the car order!
Did they give you an estimate on build date and ETA of the vehicle delivery? I am in Canada as well so just wondering what everyones wait is looking like.
Thanks and hope you had a wonderful Canada day weekend.
Thank you for the infos!
Not sure when 2019 C300 sedan will be available in Canada. Both 2019 C300 sedan and wagon are featured on www.mercedes.ca - scroll down to bottom left corner and click on "Future Vehicles", then choose model line. 2019 C300 wagon shown is the Luxury Line, which is not even mentioned in the 2019 C Class Product Guide.
