I was wondering if this is possible? I see online where I could buy the luxury grill I was just wondering if anybody has done this before I go ahead and purchase and take it to the shop. Thanks.

This is relevant to my interests; I am also a fan of the luxury grill. I haven't seen that swapping from sport to luxury is either easy or possible through my searches, but I'd love for someone to prove me wrong.

just buy one of those fake grills on alibaba, aliexpress, or your nearest chineseium parts store.

If you wanted to do a factory conversion you would need a new bumper and all the components. And you could only do the distronic plus style grill. not the grill with the louvers because that has a special oil cooler and extra wires.

Yeah, I've searched those sites and generally the internet at large to no avail- the vast majority of available grills are the diamond pin fakes. They look nice, but again I'm looking for the luxury grill. Has anyone made the switch from the sport grill to the distronic plus grill?

I’m still having the itch to convert to the classic luxury grille. I’ve determined most of the parts necessary (looks to cost under 1800 in parts), but still need help identifying the correct grille. There are a number of grilles listed Here, but I’m wondering which one is the distronic plus grille for the luxury package? I see This one, which is with surround view, and This one, without surround view... are either of these correct? I’m looking for the static one without moving louvers... tha ks for your help all! I plan on posting a guide with costs included once I complete the retrofit.
