15' C400 CEL :(

Hi everyone! I recently stumbled across a sticky situation. A few days ago my CEL came on at around 46500 miles so I brought it to the dealership to get it checked out. After a day, the CEL went away on its own, but I brought it in regardless to get it checked out. I get a call early this afternoon saying the car was running under normal conditions. With that said, I went to pick it up and I thought that would've been the end of my worries. Fast forward 4 hours, I'm driving home from the gym and wham! the CEL came on yet again. This time however, I listened to the car closely and realized at around 2k rpm, my car would rattle while changing gears. Now I am wondering if this is an issue with my cars turbos or the tranny, and if so how should I bring it up to the SA? This is my first german car and having owning it for a month and a half, I'm slightly disappointed. My warranty is about to expire and I need to get this resolved! Any tips? Thanks guys and happy driving!

When codes aren't cleared they are stored, so figure out what codes they are. Make sure the dealer doesn't clear them and lie it's ok. Use an AutoZone.

My dealer contacted me and told me it was a fuel sensor failure so they went ahead and changed out the fuel sensors for me. thank you! I should definitely grab an OBD2 for the sake of simple DYI diagnostics and repairs hehe
