User experience with the 10,25" Android screen?

Thanks for the video! Can you link me to where you bought this unit? Seems to be a few resellers out there. Aliexpresss looks the cheapest but I don't know if it's the most updated 7.1.1 version. ..looks like they now have 8.0? Thanks!

Yeah that's the one i was looking at. What's weird is that they list the resolution as 1024*600, which to my understanding doesn't coincide with a 10.25" screen. The other ones are 1280 x 480. Also just looking at it again, this 8.0 version has extra hardware boxes that needs to be installed. I would rather just get a more refined 7.1.1 version. Which re-seller did you get yours from?

Yeah, it's confusing with all the different resellers. The 8.0 one I believe you are referring to also has 4gb ram, which is fantastic. But it doesn't look like the software is the same?

Can you adjust the sound using the steering wheel or the volume control button next to the controller while playing Spotify? or do you need to adjust volume from the screen?

To any of you running this with the carplay dongle, do the stock car functions (i.e. - climate control) still display while you're using carplay? or do you have to switch back and forth?
