2015 C Class, W205
W205 - Radio wont Work
Hi,
I have a 2015 C Class.
Recently the radio wont work.
I press the Radio button and nothing happens.
Navi and Media Work fine, as does everything else.

Hoping its something as simple as a fuse but any help in locating it or anything other ideas as to what could be the problem would be most appreciated.

try holding the eject button down for about 20 seconds

Does the ignition have to be on for this?
Is the command system to be on or off?

Yes - ignition On - yes System On - hold eject button 20 seconds until screen shows you going into reboot - let reboot do it's thing

Held eject button for 20+ seconds and nothing has happened. Any ideas?

On 2015 take it to a dealer for "reprograming" - that process takes about 2hrs in the shop to complete reprogramming -
