Windshield Condensation
Dropped my car off at the dealer this morning for a few little things that were missed in the CPO inspection.
-LED in exterior driver door handle is out
-Small squeak/creak in the LF suspension
-A/C always blows on the windshield
Svc adviser claims that A/C part is normal, which I find hard to believe.
Anyone else get near constant condensation at the base of the windshield? I can put my hand up there & can feel airflow, regardless of the A/C setting.

I could see normal if the air was set to blow on the windshield.
In AUTO, or manually setting to dash, dash+floor, or floor it is still always blowing on the windshield.
I've owned 11 cars in my time driving, always in/around the Houston area & this is the first car to do this.
The CLA I have as a loaner does not do the same thing.

Dealer said they re-initialized the blend door motor & the problem seems to have been resolved.
Picking the car up this afternoon. We'll see over the next couple days.

This was this morning after about 20 minutes in the car.
A/C set on Auto @ 72*
Manually setting the system to blow through just the dash vents or floor helps, but it's always directing some air at the windshield.
I've had 10 cars, and this is the first time I've ever had something this consistently.

I personally don't think it is normal. I live in very hot climate too with AC always on (on auto) at 24c and I don't get this.
There are two things to consider. First, Auto DOES blow some air on the windshield - almost always.
Second, this should not cause this condensation. I personally don't think that this is normal.
In Dubai they have C class too, you tihnk they got condensation on the windsheild like that every time they drive? Just ask your dealer this very same question.

I live in South Mississippi and that only happen during early AM just before sunrise or after a rain maybe and I have AC set around 70F.
It is not an everyday thing for sure but only when Dew point is very high and I have AC cranked very cold.
I have E400 though
