Being new to the latest brand, i've noticed a strange bahaviour on the 7 speed box.
When approaching a stop and whilst the vehicle is automatically shifting down, there seems to be quit a "jerk" comming down from 3rd to 2 gear. Especially noticible when one is also using the brakes to bring the vehicle to standstill.
Milage on it is 40000 km's.
Is this normal?

No-one on this planet of ours have encountered what i've described?
Is there a software update or not, and if affirmative, any positive results?

There is a software update, but it only makes the "harsh" shifting a little more tolerable. This is an unfortunate issue with the vehicle, and MB knows about it. unfortunately not too much can be done. I haven't let the shifting bother me too much
