Mercedes Me(Route Planning) not working all the sudden.
Hello all,
I've been driving a C250d Coupe in Germany for 2 years.
The first 1 year, Rout planning worked really fine.
This is how it worked.
In Mercedes Me app, you search an address and send it to your vehicle.
As soon as you the car is turned on, a prompt pops up and it asks if you'd like to set it as a destination and start navigating.
However, it stopped working all the sudden. It seems like it hasn't been working after Service B.
In the Mercedes Me service page, it says,
Due to factory installed hardware, the following services are not available:
route planning
I just got to know why it's not working and cannot use it anymore.
I went the service center a couple of time to fix it. And they said everything is fine with my car.
Seems that the engineers even don't know and have no idea what it is. Literally, no one know why it's not working.
They just updated COMAND version and said it's been fixed.
This is so weird that it happened right after Service B. Feels like they took a part away from my car.
Anyone have an idea?

Have you tried repairing your phone? I had some trouble for a little while and this helped. It relies on the bluetooth connection to your phone when you're in it. Maybe they updated some software that broke the link.
