Disable “Easy entry/exit” setting
Hey all, seeing as no one has a solution or idea for my problem, ill follow up after my service appointment with the details(9/17/18 earliest avail time for me)
However, i highly recommend everyone to disable their “easy entry/exit” feature in “Vehicle” settings, as my steering column is now stuck in the exit/upright position...

I cant get mine to work, I wish I could have easy entry and exit.

Funny. My easy entry/exit stopped working....not sure it's because I have my seat all the way back and steering wheel set very high so I can move my legs from time to time.

Had the same issue, was able to pull and push the steering wheel only. However, got it fixed under warranty and now it's okay and I disabled the easy E/E.
