I recently purchased a pair of OEM carbon fiber mirror cover (not housing) for my W205 C300. Upon installation, I have realized the new mirror cover does not fully cover the original mirror cover. I am wondering if this is how Benz design their mirror covers?? or is there anything I might do wrong during the installation? I have been trying to search online but I couldn't find much information about this. I would appreciate if anyone could help me answer the question.
