hello,

Is there any problem or any computer to reset after changing the battery ?

Have you done it yourself or always let the dealer do it ?

Thank you.

I don't know about any required computer reset but even if there is one I'm sure it's still cheaper to replace the battery yourself. Save all your documentation though, because i'm sure if something goes wrong and you didn't use genuine MB parts they will use that as the first thing to try and say other repairs are not under warranty. Yeah sure the M-M act should prevent this but i'm sure plenty of dealers do it.

A gaggle of MB's
RoadSide installed price for a battery changes - depending on what area you are in. In my area - yes - it's MB MSRP for the battery and free n/c installation with necessary resets - in other areas I have seen MSRP+ & a intallation charge.

My car battery died completely and needed to be boosted and later replaced. From my experience where will be no problem to replace the battery or reset anything. The car just starts back up.
