retrofit rotating tweeters (burmester copy)
If my car is not equipped with tweeters, will I be able to connect these?
are the the needed plugs already avaliable in my car?

I think you will have to run power leads to each tweeter off headunit pin connector - ask the vendor how to install BEFORE you commit to these - taken from E/S Class upgraded 3D Burmester design - also you need audio crossovers for any added tweeter.

Your current triangles you can add/insert tweeters - and you can get metal (not plastic) China grilles - for a lot less - and yes - the wiring connections for the speakers and crossovers for that can be done in the door panel.

It should be an easy install. Taking off the door panel is easy, putting it back on is a little harder.

Well i am kinda biased, so yes?

I tried a few songs that would make proper use of the tweeters and it seems like i have all the tweets coming through nicely. Going for a road test.

it's plug and play.

1. Disconnect #6 connector from door controller and plug it into the harness, then plug the harness into #6 port.

2. Disconnect tweeter 2 pin cable, plug into Y harness cable to new 3d tweeter.

3. Spend 5 hours trying to put left door panel back on with speaker installed. (realize your mistake)

4. Spend only 40 minutes on entire right door speaker install.

Looks like there is also a mid speaker cover illumination kit. (taps into the same #6 connector)

Behind my covers there is nothing.

But very interesting. Looking good

Yes, i had oem tweeters. I have the burmester audio and the 3 color ambient lighting option.

No tweeters? I thought even standard audio included tweeters.

I am selling the brand new tweeter kit for $250, I bought 6 pairs because the vendor was not willing to sell only one pair~. the sound quality is great!

I love them and they work and sound great. A++

I am now beginning to hear all the burmester speaker vibration noises that people have been complaining about at certain frequencies

i will have some work to do in the summer.
