What’s this sticker for?



There’s a black sticker on the back of my rear view mirror. Looks important LOL, anyone know what it’s for?

Bought it new. I didn’t put it up.

2016 C300 4Matic traded in for a 2022 E450 Coupe
Dealership probably uses it to ID customers when they drive into service. So they can give you that “by name” personal service.

Was just in for B service and asked dealer service guy. He asked where I bought it and I said, “From you, but you brought it in for me from another dealer.” Then he supposed it must be some kind of inventory tag from that other dealer that they forgot to remove before sending.

We threw it away then.
