Yes you can in the W205. It's in the phone option but I think you need to receive a text first but don't quote me on that.

2015 c300 4matic with sports package
I have an iPhone, and I never figured out why I cannot reply/send texts messages. But I can successfully received messages and display them. I am not sure if it is an iPhone limitation, or the mercedes.
